Eco-Cuisine Dinner Party Menus.
The idea here is that eco-cuisine will prepare your dinner menu and deliver it to your home. You then decide if you would like :-
a) instruction on how to re-heat and serve the dishes
b) have two courses prepared and served to your table
c) have the full dinner prepared, served and everything cleared away

Large field mushrooms slow baked in the oven with garlic butter

Tuna and mixed bean served with vinaigrette
Selection of dips served with crudités, pitta bread or corn chips
Prawns served on a bed of scorched peppers
Filet of beef parcels stuffed with asparagus and parmesan cheese
Mussels poached in white wine and herbs

Poached wild salmon served with a mustard mayonnaise

Smoked undyed haddock poached in milk
