Eco-Cuisine Dinner Party Menus.
The idea here is that eco-cuisine will prepare your dinner menu and deliver it to your home. You then decide if you would like :-
a) instruction on how to re-heat and serve the dishes
b) have two courses prepared and served to your table
c) have the full dinner prepared, served and everything cleared away

  • Selection of dips served with crudités, pitta bread or corn chips
  • Prawns served on a bed of scorched peppers

  • Poached wild salmon served with a mustard mayonnaise
