Eco cuisine can provide biodegradable, fully compostable plates, bowls, glassware, cutlery and napkins for your eco friendly event.
Choose from :-
- Plates and bowls made from renewable resources (Reed Pulp Fibre) - Returns to nature in weeks when mixed with soil, water or compost - No harsh bleaching (UV Sterilised) - 100% recyclable.
- Plates, bowls, serving trays and baskets made from Areca Palm Leaf - manufactured using no chemicals, 100% natural and comes from renewable / sustainable sources. Have been used to eat/serve food from for thousands of years ! Can be composted along with your food waste.
- Plates, bowls and drinking cups (suitable for hot drinks) made from cassava starch plant fibre and fully compostable and edible !
- Wooden cutlery from sustainable woodlands such as birch, poplar and beech can be composted or burnt
- Napkins made from recycled UK wood pulp - no bleaches are used, hence the soft brown colouring totally biodegradable
- Glassware made from renewable corn starch, known as PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) suitable for all cold drinks fully biodegradable
Eco cuisine also offers you organic, biodynamic, fair-trade wines and beers and / or vegetarian/vegan wines

- Using organic, free-range or traditionally reared produce from sustainable farming methods
- Using wild, organic, sustainable fish and seafood
- Using British produce whenever possible to avoid food miles
- Considering the re-use and/or recycling of the items we use for each event
- Not using GM food items
- Not using intensively farmed produce
