Sandwich and wrap platters with fresh fruit and pudding

All the menus for our conference catering include:

Staff to set up, serve, clear down and generally look after your delegates for 8 hours Organic Drinks – selection of teas, coffee and decaffeinated, milk and soy milk, juice, water in jugs with fruit and biscuits or pastries on arrival.
Up to two more hot drinks service – morning, lunch or afternoon served with biscuits.

Finger buffet or finger buffet with sandwiches and wraps

You can add 4 items from the following list to add to 1 round of sandwich/wrap per person or choose 7 to 10 items from the list below for your finger buffet.

Cold fork buffet menu

  • Poached organic chicken breast fillet with a red pepper

  • Navarin of lamb – Local Cornish lamb shoulder with celery, onion, carrot
  • Coq au vin – free range chicken thighs, bacon, red wine, shallots
  • Sustainable fish and prawn pie
  • Chicken, prawn or tofu Thai green curry
  • Stir fry tofu and mixed vegetable
