This seasonal food guide below helps us to make menu suggestions for your event.
Did you know that eating seasonally is not only good for your pocket but also good for your wellbeing. You save money when buying seasonal produce - when it's ready and there is plenty of it, the cost is lower. Plus, it's at it's best, giving us all the nutrients at their optimum level and taste.
Did you also know that fish and meat also have seasons when best to eat them? Catching pregnant females at certain times of the year ensures the stocks are maintained. Eating game in season is based on the same principle.
