  • Poached chicken breast fillet with a red pepper and onion dressing
  • Roast beef cooked rare served with horseradish
  • Roasted ham with clove, honey and mustard crust or apple smoked ham
  • Roast chicken with herbs or garlic
  • Mixed charcuterie – smoked ham, chorizo, mixed salamis
  • Whole poached sustainable salmon served with a mustard mayonnaise
  • Organic Salmon fillets - home cured and slow baked
  • Seasonal seafood salad - a mix of market shellfish and fresh fish served on little gem leaves
  • Antipasto with red pepper, olives, aubergine roasted with garlic, carrot batons, marinated baby beets
  • Sliced mixed nut loaf served with a spicy tomato sauce
  • Seasonal vegetable tart - we can add goats' cheese or farmhouse mature cheddar

Barbeque minimum order 30 people from 14.50 per person



Sonny's barbeques can be tailored to your event, we can mix and match any of the menus below to suit your taste but just to give you some ideas take a look at the list below.
All meats from Cornish farmers, fish from Cornish day boats and British/organic vegetables. We get our burger buns and rolls from a local organic bakery.

Which includes food delivery, two hours cooking at your venue and dishes to keep food hot. 

British BBQ

The British menu of burgers, sausages, lamb chops served with burger buns, finger rolls, jacket potatoes and homemade slaw. 

Turkish BBQ

The Turkish menu of flame grilled kofte, shish kebabs, marinated chicken accompanied by lovely tabbouleh, Turkish mixed salad, flatbreads.

Greek BBQ

The Greek menu of lamb shish, sheftalia, king prawns,  Greek salad, potatoes and pitta. 

Fish BBQ

The fish menu – seasonal Cornish fish such as sardines, hake, pollack served with mixed salad, potato salad and assorted breads.

Vegetarian and Vegan BBQ

The vegetarian menu of mixed vegetable kebabs, marinated aubergine, mixed pepper and courgette slices, satay tofu skewers, corn on the cob with salads and assorted breads.
